Our leadership team
CareVantage is an independent, locally owned practice, led by the same people since it opened in 2011.
We do not answer to a national chain or to a corporate board outside Florida. Decisions about how our patients are cared for are made here, in Hialeah and Plantation, by the people on this page.
That continuity is deliberate. A patient who came to CareVantage ten years ago deals with the same leadership today.

Alberto Lamadrid
President & Chief Executive Officer
Founded CareVantage in 2011 with one center and one hundred patients. Today he leads two centers across Miami-Dade and Broward.

Vice President, Business Development & Managed Care
Leads business development and CareVantage's relationships with the health plans the practice contracts with.

Responsible for day-to-day operations at both centers: patient flow, staffing, and clinical and administrative coordination.
