Biography
Alberto Lamadrid founded CareVantage Medical Centers in 2011. The first center opened in Hialeah with one hundred patients.
Fifteen years later, CareVantage serves more than 1,500 patients from two centers, one in Hialeah and one in Plantation, and runs a model that brings together primary care, specialty care, laboratory, physical therapy, transportation, and in-home medical support through Care Alert — the department he created to answer what happens after office hours.
The practice remains independent and locally owned. That decision has not changed in fifteen years.
