2011 — 2026

A story that began in Hialeah

In 2011, Alberto Lamadrid founded CareVantage Medical Centers in Hialeah. The first center opened with one hundred patients.

Fifteen years later, CareVantage serves more than 1,500 patients from Hialeah and Plantation. The practice remains independent and locally owned.
