Accessibility

Our commitment

We designed this site for people who read with reading glasses, who use a phone in bright sunlight, and who do not want to hunt for a phone number. Large type, high contrast, plain language and large buttons are part of how the site is built.

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state, and parts of this site may not yet meet that standard. Where we find a gap, we fix it.

What we have done

• Body text is set large by default, with a clear size hierarchy.
• Contrast is tested with tools rather than judged by eye.
• Buttons and links are labeled in words, not by icon alone.
• Navigation is usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text.
• Complete Spanish and English versions are correctly tagged for screen readers.

If something on this site does not work for you

Tell us and we will work to address it. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. That is usually enough for us to reproduce the issue.
