What we provide
For people with disabilities, we provide reasonable modifications and appropriate auxiliary aids and services, free of charge, so that you can communicate with us effectively and participate in your care. This includes qualified sign-language interpreters and written information in other formats, such as large print, audio, accessible electronic formats and Braille.
For people whose primary language is not English, we provide language-assistance services, free of charge, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
