Biography
Suharmy Jimenez leads day-to-day operations at both CareVantage centers. She has been with the practice since 2011, the year it opened.
She is responsible for making the day work: staff scheduling, patient flow from arrival to departure, coordination between the clinical and administrative sides, and the operation of the support services — transportation, laboratory, and the wellness program. She also leads medical records, billing, and compliance, working directly with physicians and clinical staff so that every patient's documentation is accurate and complete.
Before CareVantage she was Director of Coding and Auditing at Interamerican Medical Center, a practice of more than twenty-six physicians across multiple specialties.
When a patient calls for an appointment and reaches someone who already knows their situation, that is operations.
